Lilibet Behdadnia is a multi-jurisdictional litigator admitted to practice in six states, including California, New York, Florida, and Texas. Her broad admissions allow her to prosecute and defend complex matters across key commercial jurisdictions nationwide.
Ms. Behdadnia represents both individuals and companies in high-stakes litigation, delivering strategic, aggressive advocacy from pre-suit investigation through trial. She is known for her meticulous preparation, command of the record, and ability to develop decisive litigation strategies that place opponents on the defensive. Her practice spans complex commercial disputes, entertainment and media litigation, business torts, and employment-related matters.
Before joining PLG, Ms. Behdadnia was a litigation associate at a Los Angeles boutique firm where she represented clients across diverse industries, including hospitality and motion picture production. She handled all phases of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, and preparing matters for trial.
Ms. Behdadnia earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she was a merit scholarship recipient. She also obtained certificates in Entertainment, Media and Sports Law, as well as Dispute Resolution, from the nationally recognized Strauss Institute. During law school, she gained in-house experience at NBCUniversal and the U.S. Copyright Office, further strengthening her foundation in intellectual property and media-related disputes.
