Samantha Nicole Spector is an attorney licensed in New York and Ontario, Canada. Her practice and professional experience span entertainment, intellectual property, copyright, privacy, and related commercial matters, with particular experience involving the music, film, and television industries.

Samantha earned her LL.M. from UCLA School of Law, where she specialized in Media, Entertainment, Technology Law and Policy. While completing her graduate studies, she gained practical experience through externships within the entertainment industry, further developing her understanding of the legal and business considerations affecting creators, rights holders, and entertainment companies.

Before attending UCLA, Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law and her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. She began her legal career in Canada, where she practiced at Dentons Canada LLP, an international law firm, and at ROBIC, a boutique intellectual property law firm.
